How do I know an item is in stock?

Our current stock is listed on our website. If your desired size is not available in the drop-down menu of a product, it means this size is out of stock.

If you have special requests concerning sizing and availability, please call or email our Customer Service department.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, change it here and follow the Forgot Your Password instructions.

For security reasons, we cannot send your password via email. If you keep having troubles accessing your account, please contact us via the Customer Service.

Is my payment on Ardet secured?

Ardet is based in Spain and uses SSL SHA-256 (SecureSockets Layer), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. The card environment section is provided by Stripe and complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

How do I choose the correct pattern size for a well-fitting garment?

The first step to having a garment that fits well is to choose the correct pattern size.

While shopping on Ardet you will find in the description of each garment a dedicated size guide according to its wardrobe category.

Some quick tips to take your measurments with ease and accuracy : 

  1. Height: without shoes, standing against a wall
  2. Back-waist length: from prominent bone at base of neck to natural waistline
  3. High bust: high up under arms across chest and back
  4. Full bust: straight across back and around fullest part of bust
  5. Waist: around body at natural waistline
  6. Hips: around body at fullest part of hips  
Do you ship internationally?

Ardet offers worldwide delivery, using high-end courier services.
Please select your country of shipping destination while you shop or set it up directly in your account in the "Addresses" section.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

We take your security seriously; therefore your details are safe with us. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by Ardet and the card issuer.

What happens after I have placed my order?
After you have successfully placed an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation.

It takes 1-2 days to process your order and make it ready for shipping.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Your order will be delivered through high-quality courier services.

After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an email stating a track trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel.

The estimated delivery date is in your shipping confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, send an email to [email protected] and
we will sort it out straight away.

What is the return policy?

All purchases may be returned within 14 days.

The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
For refunds, we deduct $40 USD to cover shipping and restocking.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. A refund will be paid out after quality check of the returned goods.

We do not accept returns for gift cards or products on sale.
