Shipping and Returns



Our shipping and returns service aims at to be at par with the excellence of our products. Ardet offers delivery in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, Asia, using high-end courier services.

Please select your country of shipping destination or set it up directly in your account in the "Addresses" section.


After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an email stating a track trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel.

If your Ardet purchase does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you may return unaltered and unworn piece(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. We do not accept returns for gift cards or products on sale.

Refund or Exchange

For refunds, we deduct $40 USD to cover shipping and restocking. A refund will be paid out after quality check of the returned goods.

After we have correctly received your goods, we will refund the amount of the returned goods to the paymant method used to place your original order within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be re-shipped within 1-2 business days after we have received your return.
